Shipping Policy

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic shipping (India)
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes)
Free standard shipping on orders.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the "Orders" section in your account.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at famtees.shop@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve within 5–7 business days.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
