Return & Refund Policy

At FamTees, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

 

What qualifies for a return?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
— You received the wrong item
— The item arrived damaged or defective
— The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to request a return?
Email us at famtees.shop@gmail.com or contact on +91 9729715269 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as FamTees is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If your size is not in stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
